A thriving community club welcoming players of all ages & abilities. Whether you're new to the area, the sport, or have just had a while out of the game - we welcome all! We run 2 senior men's teams competing in Sussex & the surrounding area.

The Men’s 1st XV have experienced great success in recent years and continue to push to grow by developing & nurturing players through the club's youth system, external recruitment, and incumbent players.

The 1XV & 2XV train together as a Senior Men's squad every Monday & Thursday at the 3G floodlit pitch at Sir Robert Woodard Academy, Upper Boundstone Lane, Sompting, Lancing BN15 9QZ - 7.15pm meet.
