The following subscriptions for players for the new season have been agreed at the AGM.
All new and existing members will need to apply for player membership via the club website “www.shorehamrugby.co.uk”. New member will need to “join” the club and existing members “manage their membership”
No previous member of the club classed as a debtor due to non-payment will be eligible to apply for membership until the full arrears and this years subscriptions have been paid in full.
Senior Players:
Price freeze on previous year and members will be responsible for purchasing their own kit via the website (as the Youth section currently do). Approximate costs £35 sublimation shirt, £15 shorts, £6 socks, £6 Tie, £3 logo printing on white shirt (not included) Waterproofs £30
• £180 yearly subscription.
• If paid immediately upon registration £30 discount to be applied
• Option to pay monthly by standing order of £15pm between September 2016 and August 2017. For later registrations initial payment to cover previously missed payments followed by remaining £15pm contributions.
• Discounted rate £80 available to VETS and registered students.
• Discounted rate available to occasional players who play between 1-10 matches– initial payment of £80 to cover £30 registration fee and 10 x match fees of £5 – review to take place in May 2017 to refund any unused match fees, based on the matches played.
• Payment due immediately for re-registering players and within 28 days for new to club registrations.
• Reduced fees available for those registering and playing first match after 1/1/2017.
Arrangements for payments can be made on an individual basis dependent on circumstances.

Junior Players:
Price freeze on last year
Youth Teams (U13 and above)
• £95 annual fees to include use of team playing shirt and Club Shirt and Tie.(includes £13 discount for one off payment)
• Option to pay monthly by standing order of £12 pm between September 2016 and May 2017. For later registrations initial payment to cover previously missed payments followed by remaining £12pm contributions
Minis (U7 – U12)
• £65 for season. (includes £7 discount for one off payment) To included entrance to four festivals subject to acceptance, (for any other festivals the cost will need to be met by spreading fees across players entered in each age group – team managers to coordinate)
• Option to pay monthly by standing order of £8 pm between September 2016 and May 2017. For later registrations initial payment to cover previously missed payments followed by remaining £8pm contributions
Pre Mini’s (U6) – All players must be at least 5 years old before they are permitted to register.
£27.50 for the season.
Girls Team
• No Charge due to changes taking place and uncertainty of being able to produce a team
Sibling rates per subsequent child, with eldest child paying full rate.
• £27.50 for season, (includes £4 discount for one off payment)
• Option to pay monthly by standing order of £3.50 pm between September 2016 and May 2017. For later registrations initial payment to cover previously missed payments followed by remaining £3.50pm contributions

Payment due immediately for re-registering players and after 3 week trial for new to club registrations
