2019-2020 Season

Subscriptions for 2019 – 2020 season[size=small][/size]

Senior Players:

Subscription to the club is or a full financial year (1st Sept – 31 Aug) it is not solely based on the number of competitive matches completed but also includes training sessions provided across the whole year and attendance of festivals and tournaments out of season. On commencement of membership every member shall pay to the club the appropriate annual subscription
yearly subscription options.
• If paid as lump sum within 30 days of registration the cost includes a discount to be applied reducing cost to £175. If paid as one off outside of the 30 days then full cost of £205 payable
• Option to pay monthly by direct debit of £18.00pm between September 2019 and August 2020. For later registrations initial payment to cover previously missed payments followed by remaining monthly contributions or an adjusted direct debit payment to total £216.
• Discounted rate £105 available to VETS and registered students/apprenticeships who produce confirmation.
• Option for VETS to pay monthly by direct debit of £12pm between September 2019 and August 2020. For later registrations initial payment to cover previously missed payments followed by remaining monthly contributions, or an adjusted direct debit payment to total £124.
• The Club Captain reserves the right to request help from non club members on 2 occasions throughout the year, where they will be expected to make a donation to the club. These people will have no additional benefits ie voting rights or access to reduced RFU match tickets, but can become full members later in the season by paying the full membership fees (less donation)


Junior Players:

Colts Team
• £105 annual fees to include use of team playing shirt and Club Shirt and Tie.
• Option to pay monthly by direct debit of £12 pm between September 2018 and May 2019. For later registrations initial payment to cover previously missed payments followed by remaining £12pm contributions
Youth Teams (U13, U14, U15, U16)
• £105 annual fees to include use of team playing shirt and Club Shirt and Tie.
• Option to pay monthly by direct debit of £12 pm between September 2018 and May 2019. For later registrations initial payment to cover previously missed payments followed by remaining £12pm contributions
Minis (U7 – U12)
• £80 for season.
• Option to pay monthly by direct debit of £9 pm between September 2018 and May 2019. For later registrations initial payment to cover previously missed payments followed by remaining £9pm contributions
Pre Mini’s (U6) – All players must be at least 5 years old before they are permitted to register.
£35 for the season.
Sibling rates per subsequent child, with eldest child paying full rate.
• £35 for season.
• Option to pay monthly by direct debit of £3.50 pm between September 2018 and May 2019. For later registrations initial payment to cover previously missed payments followed by remaining £3.50pm contributions

As previously each team will be allocated £150 towards festivals they wish to attend through the season, once spent any attendance costs will need to be met by the parents.

Non Playing Member
A one off fee of £40 is payable, in exchange you would receive a vote at any meetings and be eligible to apply for international tickets

General
• Payment due within first month for re-registering players, and new members have the right to cancel within one month and receive a full refund of payments made.
• Arrangements for payments can be made on an individual basis dependent on circumstances.
• Reduced fees available for those registering after 1/1/2020.
• At the end of the season a player can apply to the committee for an individual review of contributions if extenuating circumstances apply, ie less play due to injury etc.

All Members must register via eForm for the new season before being covered by the Clubs Public Liability Insurance and Personal Accident Protection arranged via the RFU (nb there is no cover provided for temporary injury or loss of earnings) specific details available within www.englandrugby.com
In addition they must join as a club member on the club website www.shorehamrugby.co.uk
