Community clubs are able to progress to Stage D of the Return to Rugby Roadmap allowing limited contact training, tackling and rucking.

With the news that community clubs are able to progress to Stage D of the Return to Rugby Roadmap, limited contact training has now been approved through the RFU & Government advice. This means we can start working on our 1v1 tackling, rucking, and even unopposed line-outs.
We can't wait to get stuck in, and hope you'll join us - all abilities welcome!
With the light fading in the evenings, we'll be back training under the lights for the foreseeable at the state-of-the-art facilities at Sir Robert Woodward Academy, Upper Boundstone Ln, Lancing BN15 9QZ. 7.10pm every Thursday. Please bring moulded studs only no blades and your own water bottle. RFU social distancing guidelines in place.
Any questions please direct message, or come along and ask us - hope to see you there!
