Where you from? Born in Buckinghamshire but moved to Shoreham-by-Sea aged 4. Lived a few places over the years but ended up back here 14 years ago.

Main sport(s) played growing up? Hockey at county/regional level through school and socially (more drinking than playing) as an adult.

Favourite sports team? Wasps, thanks to being in the front row when Rob Howley scored that try in the Heineken Cup.

Interesting fact about yourself? Lived in Mexico for a year and a half, where I meet my now wife.

Best sporting achievement? Finally winning the Christmas family game of Monopoly circa Christmas 1984!!!!
